Overview

eNavvi is a healthcare technology company that simplifies the way physicians and patients access real-time formulary and pricing information for medications. The platform helps prescribers understand insurance restrictions, alternative medications, and costs, ultimately improving prescription adherence and patient outcomes.

The Problem

Physicians and patients struggled to quickly determine which medications were covered, affordable, and accessible, leading to delayed prescriptions, patient frustration, and increased administrative burden on providers. A more intuitive and actionable formulary system was needed to reduce friction, improve prescription decision-making, and enhance transparency in drug coverage.

System Limitations: What was getting in the way?

One week of workshops and stakeholder discussions revealed several major pain points:
